Payment of products 

All prices displayed on our website include all taxes.

Payment for the products ordered from the website is paid in full in advance.

Advance payment can be made by payment order, only after a consultant sends you the tax invoice by email. Proof of payment must be sent to the e-mail address specified in the Contact page.

The delivery will be made only after the money has entered our account.

The ordered products must be paid in full, otherwise the delivery will not be made.

In the case of products that are not in stock, the payment terms are 50% advance upon signing the contract and the difference of 50% before delivery.

Delivery of products 

The products are delivered anywhere in the country (Romania), through fast courier companies or private transport.

The DELIVERY TERM of the products is between 5 and 10 working days for the products in stock. For "made to order" products, the delivery term is approximately 60 calendar days.

The delivery date will be communicated to the customer by phone and email by one of our representatives after placing the order.

We will confirm orders before honoring them by contacting customers.

Delivery costs are:

- FREE for orders whose value exceeds 1000 Euros or for those picked up personally;

Detergent for cleaning spa filters in powder form
For removing oil, grease and calcium deposits from filter cartridges

How to use:

1. Use 2 tablespoons of Spa Filter Cleaner per 10 liters of water.
2. Place the filter cartridge in a bucket and fill it with hot water so that the filter cleaning solution dissolves well.
3. Leave the filter in the bucket for at least 4 hours. Rinse the filter thoroughly using a strong stream of water.
   Tip: Use a Filter Flosser or Water-Wand for this as they rinse deep between the folds.
   
4. Repeat this at least every 4 weeks.
