Delivery and payment

Payment of products 

All prices displayed on our website include all taxes.

Payment for products ordered from the website is made as follows:

• Full in advance for all products in the following categories:
• SPA minipools
• SPA pools
• Hydromassage tubs
• SAUNA
• Full in advance or refund for the rest of the categories.

The accepted payment methods are the following:

• Cash on delivery (for orders up to 5000 lei)
• Bank transfer
• Card payment at EasyBox (for orders delivered to EasyBox)
• Payment in installments through TBI Bank

• Card payment in interest-free installments (up to 5 installments)

Payment by bank transfer can be made by payment order, only after a consultant has sent you the tax invoice by email. Proof of payment must be sent to the e-mail address specified in the Contact page.

The delivery will be made only after the money enters our account, in case of bank transfer.

In the case of products that are not in stock, the payment terms are 50% advance upon signing the contract and the difference of 50% before delivery.

Delivery of products

The products are delivered anywhere in the country (Romania), through fast courier companies or private transport.

The DELIVERY TERM of the products is between 1 and 5 working days for the products in stock. For "made to order" products, the delivery term is approximately 60 calendar days.

The delivery date will be communicated to the customer by phone and email by one of our representatives after placing the order.

Delivery costs are:

- FREE for orders whose value exceeds 1000 Lei or for those picked up in person;
