Dosing recommendations: Check the chlorine value at least once a week, using test strips, and if necessary, adjust to the optimal value between 1.0-1.5 mg/l. The required dose will depend on the chlorine value measured. To prevent problems with water treatment, ensure the permanent presence of chlorine in the water. After each use, add the chlorine granules directly to the spa water with the recirculation pump on.

Tip: before adding disinfectant, please check the pH value with SpaTime test strips. If necessary, it is adjusted to the correct value of 7.0-7.6 to ensure the best effectiveness of the chlorine granules.
Payment of products
All prices displayed on our website include all taxes.
Payment for the products ordered from the website is paid in full in advance.
Advance payment can be made by payment order, only after a consultant sends you the tax invoice by email. Proof of payment must be sent to the e-mail address specified in the Contact page.
The delivery will be made only after the money has entered our account.
The ordered products must be paid in full, otherwise the delivery will not be made.
In the case of products that are not in stock, the payment terms are 50% advance upon signing the contract and the difference of 50% before delivery.
Delivery of products
The products are delivered anywhere in the country (Romania), through fast courier companies or private transport.
The DELIVERY TERM of the products is between 5 and 10 working days for the products in stock. For "made to order" products, the delivery term is approximately 60 calendar days.
The delivery date will be communicated to the customer by phone and email by one of our representatives after placing the order.
We will confirm orders before honoring them by contacting customers.
